1.Responsible for the daily activities of multiple production teams including managing team members, housekeeping, and meeting production targets.
2.Works cross functionally to recommend and engage in improving safety, productivity, quality, and efficiency of operations.
3.Provides guidance and feedback for team members in accomplishing tasks and goals; sets expectations and clarifies responsibilities.
4.Coaches and mentors team members.
5.Identifies training needs; develops and implements training plans.

Education, Licenses, Certifications:
College, university, or equivalent degree required.
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.


Experience:
Intermediate level of supervisory experience required.
