Job Requirements 岗位要求1. 本科以上学历;2. 8年以上大型PCBA制造加工行业现场管理经验;3. 拥有SMT, 波峰焊, 各类测试设备工程技术背景者优先；4. 良好的英文读写沟通能力, 熟悉Excel, PPT 办公软件。Bachelor Degree and above.More than 8 years manufacturing industry work experience.Clean room experience is priority selection;With automotive manufacturing industry work experience;Familiar with Excel and PPT;Available to speak, write, read English;Job Responsibilities 岗位职责现场管理：1. 监督和维护生产线日常工作，确保产品质量和生产效率达到或超越目标；2. 确保车间6S处于良好状态, 人员、设备、环境等；3. 培训、培养各类设备/系统操作和维护技术人员，实现生产现场自主化管理；4. 运用精益生产理念和各类工具，持续改善生产现场, 减少和控制在线物料和在制品库存；5. 组织核查EHS隐患，严格保证安全生产；6. 跨部门组织团队解决生产过程中出现的异常问题；7. 车间其它异常事件应急处理；培训与团队建设1. 组织各类人员培训，建设一支多技能团队满足灵活的生产需求；2. 培训员工安全生产意识；3. 充分发掘并培养出色人才，建设可持续的基层管理团队；成本管理1. 管理工时使用、各梯次人员数量配比，配合上级主管不断改善和降低人工成本2. 跨部门组织团队持续降低物料损耗、生产报废和耗材使用.Job SummaryManage production area in order to meet production schedules, quality, and cost objectives.Essential Duties anticipate, meet, and exceed expectations by solving problems quickly and effectively; making customer issues a priority. Periodically “get down in the trenches” to rehabilitate troubled workcells or to help during product launch. Foster a “back to basics” mentality during these times.
